Hi, I'm Josh. I'm a product leader who balances growth and risk to launch new technologies. I've always been driven by a deep curiosity about technical subjects, and an urgency to put that knowledge into action. Working from startups to publicly traded companies has given me a unique perspective on how teams can leverage uncertainty for growth.

I love working across organizations, from C-level leaders to individual contributors, and designers to engineering architects. It's easy for teams to fall into extremes: taking on unnecessary risks too quickly or avoiding all risk and getting stuck. My job is to help companies build high trust teams that can innovate through uncertainty. One of the ways I do this is navigating which risks are unacceptable vs negotiable and then embracing those risk that are essential for growth.

In my work and personal life, I’m passionate about making communities and products more accessible for people of all abilities. I also enjoy reading and learning about society-changing technologies of the past, and how society and technology change each other over time. And when I’m not working or reading the serious stuff, I enjoy playing my keyboard badly with my other music loving friends.
